After spending time looking at substandard flats offered by high street chain estate agents for unbelievable prices, with the “you will never get something like that for your budget” remarks I came across Granvilles. End result – great place found (I think the best rental in Balham!) and the added bonus of great after care as well - all requests dealt with in a timely professional manner, no hassle and always happy to help. Conclusion, go see Lubna and team first. Best move I made.

I have been a Granvilles tenant for more than 5 years and have recently moved out of our home due to relocation abroad. It is with much sadness that I have left the property. Granvilles have always been a pleasure to deal with and have made our stay at the property an absolute joy from start to finish. Whenever I ask estate agents for valuations they give me unrealistic figures just to secure my property. Granvilles give me realistic valuations based on knowledge of local rates and customer demand. They do not leave me with void periods for my properties and have (so far!) found me good tenants who pay rent on time. Their maintenance works are reasonably priced and they always give me more than one quotation. I would not hesitate to recommend Granvilles to anyone looking for value for money out of their estate agent.

We found Granville Estates offered very competitive rates and selected them based on cost. The staff were pleasant to deal with and found us tenants very quickly. The agent handled the whole rental process - obtaining references, setting up direct debit for rent and so on. We have no complaints about the service we received and would recommend that other landlords consider using Granville Estates to rent their property.

Granvilles Estates have just sold my home in Clapham. They offered me a lot of advice about renovation, refurbishment and how to get the best price for my property. They were extremely proactive in finding a buyer, conducting a large amount of viewings in a very short time. The staff were polite and willing to help, and kept us in the loop from start to finish, as well as chasing all the relevant parties. All in all a very helpful and friendly service, with a great price. Will definitely be using Granvilles again in the future
