The asking rent is payable monthly in advance and does not include the following fees to Tenants which may apply depending on your circumstances and the Property.
Before you move in:
- Holding deposit: equivalent to two weeks rent subject to a minimum of £500 (No VAT) - per Property
(To secure the Property, take it off the market, pending Landlord's approval)
- Administration fee: equivalent to one weeks rent subject to a minimum of £250 - per Property
(Referencing, contract negotiation, arranging the Tenancy Agreement, 1 hard copy of the Tenancy Agreement)
- Guarantor fee £80 (no VAT) per Guarantor if required (Referencing and preparing the Deed of Guarantee)
- Check-in fee: £35 (no VAT) per Property
(Arranging an Inventory of the Property, explaining how appliances function and taking meter readings)
In addition to the above fees we require a payment of one month’s rent in advance plus one and a half months rent in advance as a deposit (less the holding deposit), as CLEARED funds on our account prior to signing any agreement in respect of the tenancy.
